Insurance Admin
Job Description
- Administer insurance policies for vehicles in inventory.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation.
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage.
- Create insurance quotation.
- Follow up with customers.
- Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions.
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Handling SAP system for generate customer DATA and invoice etc.
- Responsibilities for monthly target achievement
- Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with sales and finance department to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- Possess a positive and dynamic working attitude as well as a willingness to learn.
- Working experience in car sales and an understanding of the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Malay
- Possess own transportation & Driving (D) License
