Customer Relations Executive / Telemarketer
Job Description
- Provide superior post-sales service to customers to deliver an engaging Customer Service Experience.
- Attend to all customer feedback i.e. inquiries, suggestions and complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments to strive towards solving customers’ complaints.
- Assist in feedback analysis and compilation of data from surveys on customer feedback, customer satisfaction and expectations.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Management / Marketing / Information Technology / Mass Comm or equivalent.
- At least one (1) Year or above of working experience in the related field is required.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication, people skills and extremely detailed oriented
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to help out on request as needed
